Phil Wilkinson
Phil is an award-winning, professional photographer with many years of experience at the top end of his field. He has been awarded “News Picture of the Year” and “Photographer of the Year”. Phil contacted us wishing to take some promotional shots just before the 2015 Festival. To our astonishment, these shots ended up in the National Press and Phil very kindly allowed us to use them for advertising.

Snuggy Hoods
George the Percheron arrived at the centre in 2020 and, unfortunately, had Sweet Itch.
Sweet Itch is a reaction to the bite of midges and causes large welts and sores to appear, causing pain to the horse. A great way to prevent this is to use Sweet Itch Hoods. However, with George’s big bones, we didn’t think this would be possible.
Snuggy Hoods and their great team came to the rescue and sourced two extra huge sets- now George is protected all summer long and no longer suffers the pain his sweet itch can cause.
Their products really are excellent, and it’s not hard to see why they were awarded a Royal Warrant for them.

Ruggles Equestrian
Heavy horses are just that, heavy! The winters at Hay Farm can be harsh, and they require some added protection by way of a rug.
Most brands only cater for finer horses which are no good for these big guys & girls. Ruggles make a specific range of rugs for heavy horses in a generous size but remain true to their renowned high quality. We are privileged to work with such a great company.
